Design Dekko is an initiative by the Godrej Group, India’s one of the largest and most respected
conglomerates.
Context
Design Dekko Musings was born from our commitment to over 20000 students from leading design colleges of India, and to encourage a free exchange of inspiring ideas amongst the design fraternity. During the two-day conclave with over 25 global design thinkers, we discussed what lies ahead for the world, and how the architecture and design industry is preparing for it.
Our Work
For this, we partnered with Godrej Group and curated an international set of panelists from across the world. With a diverse range of expertise and perspectives represented, our conversations covered a wide array of topics that are set to define the trajectory of the design industry. Some key themes explored included the integration of technology in design processes, the significance of sustainability and ethical considerations in shaping design solutions, as well as the evolving role of designers in a rapidly changing world. By sharing experiences, case studies, and thought-provoking insights, this conclave provided us with an invaluable opportunity to understand emerging trends and challenges facing the design industry while fostering collaboration among practitioners from different backgrounds and countries. The knowledge gained during this event will undoubtedly influence our individual practices and contribute towards advancing innovation and excellence in global design.
